My newest girl crush? Model Shanina Shaik. The Pakistani/Saudi Arabian/Lithuanian beauty hails from Australia and got her start on the show “Make Me A Super Model”. After the show, she was mentored by none other than male supermodel, Tyson Beckford, who urged her to head to New York for more opportunities and visibility. She made the move and has been working with the best brands ever since. Shanina is now represented by Next Models in New York, Paris, Miami, London and Milan, Munich Models, 2PM Models in Copenhagen and Chic Model Management in Sydney.

On the red carpet, Shanina goes for femininity. At the Jason Wu for Target Launch Party she rocked a printed dress and Jason Wu’s Snake-Embossed Leather Multi-Strap Sandals ($850), while she opted for a colorblock form-fitting mini dress at the Victoria’s Secret Show afterparty. She also walked in the show: an honor for any model.
